Sauna Europe values your business and will make every effort see that your purchasing experience is enjoyable and satisfying.

These are the basic guidelines we use for merchandise returns:

In order to receive a refund, get in-house credit or to make an exchange (less shipping and handling), items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Ensuring the merchandise is still in new condition, in the original packaging with all of the manufacturer's information is the responsibility of the purchaser.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number by contacting our team including a complete description and the reason for returning the merchandise.

At the sole discretion of Sauna Europe, returned items may have a restocking fee if damaged or incomplete. If any of the merchandise returned is damaged, in a devalued condition or if packaging or re-crating is necessary there may be additional deductions. These items are non-returnable: buckets and ladles, towels and other textiles.

All prices on www.saunaeurope.net are subject to change without notice. Sauna Europe shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for product(s) listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic or technical errors.

We will only charge the lower amount and ship you the item if the price is lower than our stated price on the website. We will cancel your order and notify you of a price error and order cancellation if the correct price is higher than our stated price. There will be an opportunity to purchase the items at the correct price if you wish. If we find that the item(s) that you have purchased are not actually available, we also reserve the right to cancel your order.

Liability will extend only to the amount of the invoice. Sauna Europe is not responsible for any delayed shipment due to shipping companies or back-logged manufacturers.

No refunds or returns will be granted without a return authorization number

Warranties

We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and agree to remedy any such defects in accordance with manufacturer warranties.
